Walking With You Through Pregnancy, Birth, and Beyond
The journey into parenthood is transformative, and you deserve to feel supported every step of the way. My doula care is rooted in compassion, presence, and faith, creating a space where you and your family can feel cared for, encouraged, and confident as you navigate this new chapter
Prenatal Care & Preparation
These two visits are designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident as you approach birth.
Our first visit is all about understanding your options. We’ll talk through what to expect in labor, explore evidence-based information, and create personalized birth preferences based on what matters most to you and your family. This isn’t about planning a perfect birth—it’s about knowing your options and feeling confident in your ability to navigate whatever comes.
Our second visit is hands-on. You and your support person will practice labor positions, movement, counterpressure, comfort measures, and other practical tools you can use throughout labor. My goal is for both of you to leave feeling more connected, capable, and ready to work together.

Labor & Birth Support
When labor begins, you won’t have to wonder what to do next. I’m available by phone and text from 38 weeks and will help you navigate early labor before joining you when it’s time.
Once I arrive, I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support through labor, birth, and your baby’s first latch. I’ll help you use the comfort measures we practiced, suggest positions and movement, provide counterpressure and hands-on support, and help your partner feel confident and involved.
Your package also includes TENS unit and peanut ball rental, giving you access to practical tools to support comfort, movement, and positioning throughout labor.
My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, informed, and confident as you give birth.

Postpartum Care & Transition
Postpartum is a time of immense transition, and you deserve support that cares for you as a whole person. Our postpartum visit is centered around you—how you’re feeling, how you’re healing, and how you’re adjusting to this new season of life.
We’ll make space to slow down and process your birth story, celebrate what went well, and talk through anything that felt difficult, unexpected, or unresolved. I’ll offer basic lactation support, newborn care education, and practical guidance as you find your rhythm with feeding, rest, recovery, and life with your baby.
This visit is also a chance to simply be cared for. I’ll bring a nourishing meal and tea for you to enjoy while we talk, and I’ll meet you wherever you are in those early weeks.
